1. About TDPA
The Dubai Property Association (TDPA) is a professional directory platform connecting property professionals in Dubai with buyers, sellers, and investors. By registering a profile or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service in full.
2. Eligibility
Free individual membership is open to licensed property professionals operating in Dubai, including but not limited to estate agents, mortgage brokers, property lawyers, surveyors, and contractors. By registering, you confirm that you hold any required licences or registrations applicable to your profession in the UAE.
3. Profile Content
You are responsible for ensuring all information submitted in your profile is accurate, truthful, and up to date. TDPA reserves the right to edit, suspend, or permanently remove any profile that contains false, misleading, or inappropriate information, or that does not meet professional standards.
4. Profile Updates
Free individual members may request updates to their profile at any time by contacting TDPA at [email protected]. TDPA will endeavour to process update requests within 2 business days.
5. Reviews
Reviews submitted on member profiles must be genuine and based on real experiences. TDPA reserves the right to remove reviews that are fraudulent, defamatory, or in breach of these terms. Members may not solicit fake reviews or attempt to manipulate their ratings.
6. Intellectual Property
By uploading a profile photo or other content, you grant TDPA a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content on the TDPA platform. You retain ownership of your content and may request its removal at any time.
7. Limitation of Liability
TDPA is a directory platform only and does not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for the services provided by any listed professional. Users engage with professionals at their own discretion. TDPA shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from interactions between users and listed members.
8. Privacy
Personal information submitted during registration is used solely for the purpose of creating and maintaining your TDPA profile and for communicating with you about your membership. TDPA does not sell or share personal data with third parties except as required by law.
9. Changes to These Terms
TDPA reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
